Ed moved into Canyon View in June of 2021. At first he was not happy, mostly that he was no longer living at home. He was in the home until July of 2022 when he passed away.I believe that the people working there genuinely liked Ed, and he was treated with the utmost respect. Ed was not always easy to get along with, but they managed very nicely with him. Some of the workers just seemed like family, and always called me if there was a need. The home was kept always in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Canyon View as a residence. Also when I visited I was always greeted and made to feel like part of the overall family.

Desert Home by Platinum proved to be a light in an otherwise trying time. The home is bright, well-kept and made accessible for those with mobility issues. Moreover the staff is warm and welcoming. The manager Jessica has been very supportive and invested in my grandfathers care and recovery from the very beginning. The caretaker Alyssa is so charismatic and treats the residents like family. The Desert Home team is genuine and equipped. I’d recommend them to anyone and am grateful for the continued support they have given to my grandfather and our family.
